About the position

Best Bath Systems is seeking a National Sales Manager for the Commercial Channel to lead sales efforts in the commercial design and construction market segments. This role focuses on developing and deploying sales strategies, managing a team of regional developers and inside sales staff, and ensuring effective execution of the sales cycle from lead to close. The position emphasizes collaboration across functions to drive continuous improvement and enhance the success of the sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop the outside sales team in generating specifications for Bestbath products.
  • Manage and utilize CRM to capture opportunities and create visibility to the sales funnel and pipeline.
  • Support the inside sales team in locating, tracking, and successfully bidding on specified projects.
  • Develop and deploy sales strategies, measuring and responding to strategic metrics.
  • Provide analytics and KPI reporting to the sales team and leadership.
  • Partner with marketing to manage lead handling and flow.
  • Engage with clients, partners, and associations within key market segments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, design, construction, or a related field.
  • 5 years leading a sales team of at least ten inside and outside sales representatives.
  • Active network of contacts in design, construction, or real estate development.
  • Experience in management and optimization of CRM systems to support sales staff.
  • Experience in the building products sales cycle.

Nice-to-haves

  • Knowledge of market segments critical to bathing sales, such as multi-family residential and senior living.
  • Previous experience leading sales in the residential side of commercial development.
  • Membership and active participation in a related industry association.
