As the National Sales Manager for Maranda Enterprises LLC, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our distributor network within the industrial safety PPE sector. You will report directly to the president and work closely with cross-functional teams to align our sales strategies with market needs. Responsibilities

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new distributors aligned with the company's growth strategy.
  • Nurture and strengthen existing distributor relationships through regular communication, support, and collaborative initiatives.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
  • Collaborate with distributors to create effective sales plans, promotional strategies, and pricing models.
  • Assume responsibility for the P&L of the industrial safety PPE sales channel, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.
  • Analyze financial reports, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
  • Conduct market analysis and sales forecasting to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Provide training and support to distributors on product knowledge, sales techniques, and effective marketing strategies.
  • Negotiate and finalize distribution agreements, ensuring terms are mutually beneficial and aligned with company objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure a cohesive and aligned approach to market needs.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues promptly to maintain strong, positive relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven track record of successful national sales management, with a focus on industrial safety PPE through distributor networks.
  • Strong understanding of P&L management and financial analysis.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Prior experience in the safety and manufacturing industry is preferred.
  • Ability to travel nationally as needed.
