About the position

The National Sales Manager at Best Formulations PC, LLC is responsible for driving business growth in the personal care sector by identifying and acquiring new clients, nurturing relationships, and maximizing sales opportunities. This role requires a strategic approach to client acquisition, leveraging industry knowledge to tailor solutions that meet client needs while ensuring high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Identify prospective clients in the personal care industry and build relationships that convert into long-term partnerships.
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan for client acquisition, focusing on personal care brands, product development needs, and market trends.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of product offerings and manufacturing capabilities to effectively advise clients on tailored solutions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring that client needs are met through consistent engagement and support.
  • Research industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Track sales activities, manage sales pipelines, and provide accurate forecasts to achieve quarterly and annual sales goals.
  • Work closely with R&D, Product Development, and Operations to ensure customer requirements are met, and projects are delivered on time.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales or account management within the personal care, beauty, or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of personal care product manufacturing processes, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
