About the position

As the National Sales Manager for Credit Card Processing, you will lead a team focused on driving business growth through strategic negotiation, effective account management, and insightful analysis. This role emphasizes the importance of sales leadership and business development, overseeing a portfolio of clients to meet revenue targets while maintaining a strong customer service ethos in the credit card processing industry.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and direct a store's sales force and other personnel.
  • Coordinate with and rely on the advice of experts from other departments to increase efficiency in sales force operations.
  • Introduce concepts and techniques of selling.
  • Direct successful sales staff in the selling of products or services.
  • Motivate and develop a sales staff.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a focus on credit card processing.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and account management skills.
  • Experience in B2B sales and business development.
  • Excellent leadership and analytical abilities.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive sales environment.
