About the position

As the National Sales Manager for Credit Card Processing, you will lead a team focused on driving business growth through strategic negotiation, effective account management, and insightful analysis. This role emphasizes the importance of B2B sales, technology sales, and management skills to expand market reach and foster client relationships, while ensuring revenue targets are met and maintaining high customer service standards.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and direct a store's sales force and other personnel.
  • Coordinate with and rely on the advice of experts from other departments to increase efficiency in sales force operations.
  • Introduce concepts and techniques of selling.
  • Direct successful sales staff in the selling of products or services.
  • Motivate and develop a sales staff.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a focus on credit card processing.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and account management skills.
  • Experience in B2B sales and business development.
  • Excellent leadership and analytical abilities.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
