About the position

Sales Focus, Inc. is seeking a National Sales / Program Manager to lead and develop an existing sales team in the energy industry. This role involves managing sales teams across the United States, serving as the primary interface between Sales Focus and its clients, and ensuring the successful execution of sales programs. The ideal candidate will be analytical, performance-focused, and capable of training sales agents in the field to enhance their closing skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, train, and grow the existing sales team in the energy industry.
  • Conduct client kick-off meetings to ensure successful program launches.
  • Partner with recruiting, operations, and other departments to facilitate program success.
  • Track and measure sales representative performance against KPIs.
  • Serve as the primary contact between the client and internal teams at SFI.
  • Conduct weekly calls and reporting to clients on achievements, obstacles, and recommendations.
  • Manage and meet or exceed monthly team sales quotas.
  • Conduct continual training for sales representatives to improve performance.
  • Drive solutions to close sales by identifying and eliminating objections.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
  • Preferred experience in sales management within the energy sector.
  • Experience managing medium to large sales teams on a regional or national level.
  • Exceptional management skills and great attention to detail.
  • Self-starter with strong analytical skills.
