About the position

The National Sales Manager at Sales Focus, Inc. is responsible for developing, training, and growing an existing sales team within the Energy Industry. This role involves managing sales teams across the United States and serving as the primary interface between Sales Focus and its clients. The ideal candidate will focus on performance metrics, provide field training, and ensure successful program launches while monitoring progress and processes.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct client kick-off meetings to ensure successful program launch.
  • Partner with recruiting, operations, and other SFI departments for program success.
  • Develop and train the sales staff through continual training.
  • Track and measure sales rep performance against KPIs.
  • Serve as the primary contact between the client and SFI internal teams.
  • Conduct weekly calls and reporting to the client on achievements, obstacles, observations, and recommendations.
  • Manage and drive the team to meet or exceed monthly sales quotas.
  • Conduct training for each sales rep on a continual basis.
  • Identify and eliminate objections to close sales.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
  • Preferred sales management experience in Energy Sales.
  • Experience managing medium to large sales teams on a Regional/National level.
  • Self-starter with exceptional management skills and great attention to detail.
