About the position

Sales Focus, Inc. is seeking a National Sales / Program Manager to lead and develop an existing sales team in the Energy Industry. This role involves managing sales teams across the United States, serving as the primary interface between Sales Focus and clients, and ensuring the successful launch and continuation of sales programs. The ideal candidate will be analytical, performance-focused, and capable of training sales agents in the field to enhance their closing skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, train, and grow the existing sales team in the Energy Industry.
  • Conduct client kick-off meetings to ensure successful program launches.
  • Partner with recruiting, operations, and other departments to facilitate program success.
  • Track and measure sales representative performance against KPIs.
  • Serve as the primary contact between the client and internal SFI teams.
  • Conduct weekly calls and reporting to clients on achievements and challenges.
  • Manage and meet or exceed monthly team sales quotas.
  • Conduct continual training for sales representatives.
  • Identify and eliminate objections to close sales.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
  • Experience in sales management, preferably in the Energy sector.
  • Experience managing medium to large sales teams on a Regional/National level.
  • Self-starter with exceptional management skills and great attention to detail.
