About the position

The National Sales Manager at Cutter & Buck is responsible for driving sales growth and profitability across multiple business channels, focusing on the golf retail market. This role involves developing a Book of Wholesale Business (BOB) and expanding access to new customers while managing expenses within budget. Responsibilities

  • Achieve Net Sales and Gross Margin objectives while managing expenses within budget limits.
  • Develop a Book of Wholesale Business (BOB) across various distribution channels including On-Course Golf Retail, Golf Management Groups, and Corporate Distributors.
  • Communicate transparently and clearly across teams to ensure alignment and support business practices.
  • Partner with the Vice President of Sales in strategy development and contribute to company-level objectives through detailed business plans.
  • Meet or exceed sales growth and profitability objectives by fiscal month and quarter.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years experience managing across multiple business channels.
  • 4-year college degree or relatable educational experience.
  • Valid driver's license and clear driving record.
