About the position

The National Sales Manager at Cutter & Buck is responsible for driving sales growth and profitability across multiple business channels, particularly in the golf retail sector. This role involves developing a Book of Wholesale Business (BOB) and expanding market access to new and existing customers. The position requires a dynamic individual who can manage sales objectives while adhering to company values and fostering a culture of continuous learning and accountability.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve Net Sales and Gross Margin objectives while managing expenses within budget limits.
  • Develop a Book of Wholesale Business (BOB) across various distribution channels including golf retail, management groups, and corporate distributors.
  • Communicate transparently and align with adjacent teams to support business practices and internal processes.
  • Partner with the Vice President of Sales in strategy development and contribute to company-level objectives through detailed business plans.
  • Meet or exceed sales growth and profitability targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years experience managing across multiple business channels.
  • Bachelor's degree or relatable educational experience.
  • Completion of the Cutter & Buck Exec Reading List within the first 180 days of employment.
