The National Sales Manager for Light Vehicle Aftermarket plays a crucial role in developing, supporting, and executing the Dana Aftermarket business specifically within the light vehicle channel. This position is integral to establishing and implementing nationwide product sales strategies that align with customer needs and market demands. The National Sales Manager will support sales activities for existing core products while also identifying new product and technical programs to drive profitable growth across customer locations in the United States and Canada. In this role, the National Sales Manager will be responsible for the development and execution of strategies aimed at growing the Light Vehicle and Performance Engine Rebuilder distribution channels. This includes leading the independent aftermarket sales team, representing the voice of the customer within Dana, and managing customer metrics to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. The manager will also collaborate with North American sales teams and work effectively within a matrix structure alongside Dana and global team members. A key aspect of this position involves designing and implementing effective growth strategies tailored to customer locations, understanding technical products, and driving revenue growth. Additionally, the National Sales Manager will manage existing relationships and develop a comprehensive strategy for manufacturing representatives to ensure customer excellence and stimulate sales growth. This role requires research and identification of additional sales and growth opportunities, as well as the development of sales packages and market development initiatives. The National Sales Manager will also perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of Dana's aftermarket business.
