As an individual contributor, the national sales manager will be responsible for both maintaining our current business and growing our refill business in the US. The national sales manager will work to deliver sales targets, build and maintain customer relationships, and collaborate with the operations team to provide a best-in-class customer experience. Reporting to the VP - Refill and Filtration, this role will also work to drive strategic growth and open new opportunities for Primo as we grow the refill business over the next several years.

Responsibilities

  • Grow the refill business through new location placement across the US
  • Manage current customer relationships through regular operating reviews, touchpoints, and location visits
  • Collaborate with operations team to ensure a great customer experience
  • Work with VP - Refill / Filtration to define and execute growth opportunities
  • Maintain updated opportunity pipeline and achieve AOP growth targets
  • Analyze business trends, category data, and consumer insights to drive effective growth

Requirements

  • Experience in a sales-oriented environment, preferably within the CPG industry
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Analytical skills to review business trends and consumer insights
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Analytical skills to understand profitability models and customer P&L models
  • Ability to work independently with multiple customers
  • Assertive ability to troubleshoot and manage difficult situations
  • Ability to work in a team environment across functional responsibilities
  • Excellent financial/analytical skills to manage and measure performance
  • Proficiency in Salesforce is a plus
