Responsibilities

  • Develops and executes a strategic sales plan to achieve product sales targets.
  • Manages customer relationships and delivers exceptional service and solutions.
  • Executes go-to-market (GTM) plan and provides insights to the GTM team.
  • Analyzes data to determine sales potential and focus on fast growth areas.
  • Achieves maximum market penetration and sales growth objectives.
  • Prospects and engages with potential partners to expand the customer base.
  • Provides technical guidance and product knowledge to clients.
  • Prepares and implements market strategies aligned with the company's strategic plan.
  • Collaborates with product development and engineering teams on product updates.
  • Works with marketing teams to create customer journeys and launch plans.
  • Prepares and delivers presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Negotiates contracts and agreements with clients.
  • Collaborates with internal teams to address customer inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Stays informed about industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of proven sales experience in related field, preferably LV/MV switchgear.
  • Strong understanding of electric vehicle charging infrastructure and relevant OEM products.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Salesforce or similar CRM experience.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in technical sales of OEM products.
  • Familiarity with electrical systems and MV switchgear applications.
