Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive national sales strategy to achieve growth targets and expand market share across industries.
  • Hire, manage, and mentor regional sales and business development teams across the USA, ensuring alignment with Rotech's growth objectives.
  • Oversee the performance of regional teams, setting clear sales targets, providing support, and ensuring accountability.
  • Identify, onboard, and manage distributor partnerships, negotiating terms to maximize value and ensure consistent sales growth.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients and distributors across various industries, solidifying Rotech's position as a trusted supplier.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns, generate leads, and align sales efforts with brand strategies.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments, using insights to inform and adjust the sales strategy.
  • Analyze and report on key sales metrics and adjust strategies as necessary to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and industry regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 7-10+ years of sales experience in the industrial pump industry or a related field, with experience in various industries.
  • Proven experience in national or regional sales leadership roles, with experience building and managing high-performing sales and business development teams.
  • Strong expertise in distributor management, contract negotiation, and sales growth strategy.
  • In-depth knowledge of industrial pumps, systems, and applications across diverse industries.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical skills to develop strategic plans, interpret data, and drive results.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across the USA.
