About the position

The National Sales Manager will be a key driver of customer and market development for ScanCom International in the USA. This role involves managing and developing customer relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and achieving sales objectives in alignment with the budget set by the VP of Sales - AMERICAS. The position requires strong relationship management skills and a focus on B2B sales within the patio furniture industry.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage business portfolio/territory according to the agreed sales strategy and targets.
  • Maintain and develop existing and new customers through ethical sales methods and internal liaison.
  • Generate sales reports and forecasts, monitoring sales performance.
  • Implement business strategies with a focus on contribution generation.
  • Conduct market research and analysis on trends and product development briefs.
