About the position

The National Sales Manager will lead sales efforts for a well-established commercial restoration company, focusing on both commercial and residential restoration projects. This role requires a highly motivated individual with extensive experience in national sales management, aiming to drive growth and maintain quality standards within the industry.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage national sales strategies for commercial and residential restoration projects.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Analyze market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Train and mentor sales team members to achieve their targets.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in National Sales Management.
  • High School Diploma required; GED/Associates/Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience with Xactimate, DASH, and MICA is preferred.
  • IICRC qualifications in Fire, Water, and Mold are strongly encouraged.
  • Background in commercial/residential construction and reconstruction/mitigation is essential.
  • Demonstrated creative problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
