About the position

The National Sales Manager at Chemtrac LLC will play a pivotal role in leading the sales operations and driving the growth of the company. This position involves direct sales responsibilities and the development of strategic sales plans that align with the company's business goals. The NSM will lead a team of Regional Sales Managers and Inside Sales, ensuring performance targets are met while fostering strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales approaches by building, implementing, and managing an annual sales plan that aligns with Chemtrac's business goals.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Regional Sales Managers and Inside Sales to drive performance and meet sales targets.
• Initiate and develop innovative marketing strategies to generate new leads and opportunities in target markets.
• Oversee and regularly update the ZOHO CRM system to track opportunities, quotes, and sales orders, ensuring accurate reporting and forecasting.
• Bring fresh, innovative approaches to sales strategies while building on proven successful methods that have traditionally driven Chemtrac's growth.
• Build strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met with excellent service and support.

Requirements

• Experience managing a B2B technical sales team in a relevant industry.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, business management, marketing, or professional sales.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with CRM software (preferably ZOHO) and sales strategy development.
