About the position

The National Sales Manager at Rymax Marketing Services, Inc. is responsible for expanding the company's sales territory and revenue through the development of existing accounts and the acquisition of new clients. This role requires a high-energy, self-motivated individual with strong consultative sales abilities, particularly within the incentive and promotion industry. The position involves managing relationships with incentive resellers and jobbers, analyzing market trends, and representing the company at trade shows.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales strategies supported with compelling presentations to establish selling relationships with targeted clients.
• Manage and develop existing accounts to grow revenue share.
• Analyze trends and identify new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong account relationships.
• Perform market analysis to ascertain competitive strategies and provide recommendations to senior management.
• Represent the company at trade shows and other promotional events.
• Work effectively within a competitive marketplace.
• Travel within the assigned territory.

Requirements

• Prior successful selling experience, preferably in the Premium and Incentive Channel.
• Self-motivated with excellent follow-up and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with consumer electronics is a plus.
