About the position

Acquired Philadelphia is a full-service talent acquisition consultancy partnering with businesses locally and nationally to acquire and retain the right talent. We are on a mission to disrupt the outdated and overpriced Recruiting and Staffing industry. We are partnering with a leading player in the fresh produce industry seeking a dynamic and results-driven National Sales Manager to join their growing sales team. Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through exceptional service and support.
  • Identify, target, and secure new customer opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor market trends and develop strategic sales plans to stay ahead of industry changes.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to design and implement profitable B2B sales initiatives.
  • Work closely with operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and industry events to enhance brand presence and build new connections.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in retail, grocery, produce, and/or B2B sales.
  • Proven ability to establish and maintain professional client relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and other sales-related tools.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Philadelphia.
  • Enthusiastic, reliable, and goal-oriented mindset.
