Responsibilities

  • Lead the growth of glass partition systems across North America.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, dealers, and installers.
  • Drive market expansion in the U.S. and Canada.
  • Manage complex, multimarket sales pipelines.
  • Exceed sales targets and expand business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar sales role, preferably with competitors in the glass partition industry.
  • Highly motivated, independent, and a self-starter.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multimarket sales pipelines.
  • Strong network within the architecture, construction, or interior design industries.
  • Proven experience in value-based selling and consultative sales approaches.
  • CAD and technical knowledge is a plus.

  • Experience with high-end glass partition manufacturers such as Maars, Clestra Hausermann, Faram, Diirt, Avanti, Transwall, Carvart, or Steelcase.
