About the position

The National Sales Manager at Xclusive Homes, LLC is responsible for driving sales across multiple hotel properties in the local market. This role requires a self-starter with a strong sales background, particularly in hospitality, who can develop and implement effective sales strategies to exceed profit margins and revenue targets. The ideal candidate will maintain relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities through networking and referrals.

Responsibilities

  • Assess the performance of specific properties in your area and develop sales plans and goals that align with broader brand goals.
  • Maintain an updated list of important clients to ensure ongoing relationship development.
  • Motivate the sales team to consistently meet and exceed sales goals and profit margins on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Analyze local market trends and competitor activity to identify business leads.
  • Increase new business and accelerate revenue generation through cold calling, on-site visits, and sales tours, as well as engaging with the local community network.
  • Interview and hire new talent, ensuring alignment with the avatar profile outlined in projected commission plans.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales management or a leadership role in the sales department, preferably in hospitality.
  • Must possess a high school diploma or GED; a bachelor's degree in business or a similar major is desired.
  • Previous work experience in a hospitality role is required.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and time management abilities.
  • Demonstrated exceptional social, verbal, and negotiating skills.
  • A self-starter with a proven ability to hit the ground running.
  • Excellent communication skills and self-assurance in maintaining relationships.
