Responsibilities

  • Hit Sales Targets: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet revenue goals.
  • Identify Opportunities: Through market research, industry events, and networking, discover new business opportunities and gaps in the market.
  • Manage Sales Pipelines: Track leads, prioritize activities, and forecast revenue to ensure consistent growth.
  • Build Customer Relationships: Provide top-tier customer service, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction with our premium offerings.

Requirements

  • 2+ Years of Sales Experience: Preferably in the health, beauty, or wellness industry.
  • Established Relationships: Experience working with retailers or buyers in the beauty/wellness/skincare space.
  • Self-Motivated and Results-Driven: Independent, adaptable, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
  • Communicator: Excellent interpersonal skills to connect with potential and existing clients.
  • Bachelor's Degree: In business, marketing, or a related field.
