About the position

As the National Sales Manager for JuneShine Brands, you will be instrumental in driving the growth of the brand across the nation. This role involves strategic planning, relationship building, and hands-on market engagement, working closely with leadership and sales teams to develop and execute sales strategies, nurture key partnerships, and lead a high-performing sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with President / CCO and National Sales Manager to build 1-5 year plans for portfolio growth.
  • Build influential relationships with key wholesaler partners.
  • Develop comprehensive sales bonus goals for the sales team.
  • Identify opportunities in the portfolio and collaborate with marketing for innovation.
  • Train and develop the sales team to become high-performing distributor and people managers.
  • Create go-to-market strategies and initiatives to achieve long-term company goals.
  • Engage with the trade in key markets to identify strengths and areas of opportunity.
  • Align yearly plans with the National Sales Manager to meet company goals.
  • Achieve pricing realization goals.
  • Perform other responsibilities as needed.

Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older at the time of application.
  • Applicable state-issued Responsible Alcohol Service certification.
  • Minimum of 10 years of professional alcohol beverage sales and people management experience.
  • Strong people management skills and ability to build influential relationships.
  • Strong strategic planning capabilities.
  • Experience in training on sales processes.
  • Proficient in VIP as well as syndicated IRI and Nielsen data.
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, growing company.
