About the position

Palmer Group has partnered with a client in their search for a National Sales Manager. This individual will play a crucial role in promoting our consumer products to national retailers, medical distributors, and other potential buyers. The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to represent globally recognized products and will be expected to travel on both a national and global scale. This position is designed for someone who is passionate about sales and has a strong desire to grow the business while ensuring customer satisfaction is met or exceeded. As the National Sales Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for current customers, focusing on building and maintaining strong relationships to foster business growth. You will also act as the site administrator for customer IT systems accessed by the team, which includes troubleshooting any system or process issues that may arise. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with project managers on new product launches to address any issues and ensure a successful launch. In addition to managing existing relationships, you will be responsible for developing new relationships with potential customers, introducing our products, and exploring new product opportunities to expand the business. A significant part of your role will involve gathering information on competitors' capabilities and changes, conducting a competitive analysis based on your findings, and using this information to inform your sales strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for current customers to grow the business and ensure customer satisfaction is met or exceeded

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of sales experience
