Waste Management and Remediation Services

About the position

TerraCycle's Commercial Recycling Solutions is a group of three innovative and driven universal waste recycling teams that collect universal and regulated waste from industrial, commercial, and institutional customers. We pride ourselves on a 20+ year history of best-in-class service and comprehensive recycling solutions. Through our parent company, TerraCycle, who is on a mission to eliminate the idea of waste, we are able to offer our commercial customers a full suite of recycling solutions to meet their sustainability goals through B2B sales. Operating nationally across 20 countries, TerraCycle partners with leading consumer product companies, retailers, and cities to recycle products and packages, from dirty diapers to cigarette butts, that would otherwise end up being landfilled or incinerated. In addition, TerraCycle works with leading consumer product companies to integrate hard to recycle waste streams, such as ocean plastic, into their products and packaging. Its newest division, Loop, is the first shopping system that gives consumers a way to shop for their favorite brands in durable, reusable packaging. TerraCycle has won over 200 awards for sustainability and has donated over $44 million to schools and charities since its founding more than 15 years ago and was named #10 in Fortune magazine's list of 52 companies Changing the World. The National Sales Manager will lead the development of new partnerships for the Commercial Recycling team by initiating and maintaining a dialogue around TerraCycle's offerings with warehouse and facility managers, and waste management stakeholders across industries and companies. You will be responsible for generating new business and expanding existing accounts in the B2B space by leveraging your skills in customer service, negotiation, and sales management to drive revenue growth. This is a unique opportunity to lead a national sales organization in TerraCycle's biggest division and would suit a resourceful, results-driven individual looking for an exceptional opportunity with a global leader in the sustainability field.
