About the position

The National Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving customer acquisition and managing sales pipelines for Marise Ann, a subsidiary of Marksans Pharma Ltd. This position focuses on the health, wellness, and beauty sectors, particularly through the launch of the flagship supplement brand, MomentM. The ideal candidate will leverage established relationships within the industry to identify business opportunities and execute effective sales strategies in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet revenue goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities through market research, industry events, and networking.
  • Manage sales pipelines by tracking leads, prioritizing activities, and forecasting revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, providing top-tier service and resolving issues.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in the health, beauty, or wellness industry.
  • Established relationships with retailers or buyers in the beauty/wellness/skincare space.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to thrive in a dynamic startup environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
