Univision is seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Sales Manager (NSM) to join our dynamic sales team in Fresno, CA. This role is pivotal in acting as a liaison between our outside sales offices and the television stations for our Northern California stations. The NSM will be responsible for negotiating with clients and national sales offices to drive revenue and share growth, as well as conducting detailed forecasting of national sales revenue by office. The position requires occasional strategic travel and expense budgeting, along with regular evaluations of national sales office performance. The National Sales Manager must maintain a visible presence in all outside offices, with a travel schedule determined quarterly to meet the station's needs. This role also involves developing new business opportunities, setting goals, and monitoring the progress of target zero and low accounts. The NSM will engage personally with clients and their agents on both national and local levels, collaborating closely with the Local Sales Team and Digital teams to meet with clients and planning agencies that impact local business in the Northern California region. The ideal candidate will possess a keen understanding of market conditions, station inventory, and pricing metrics, enabling them to negotiate effectively for revenue and share growth. They will provide timely and detailed station information to outside sales offices and will be a creative and strategic team player, articulate, well-spoken, and highly organized with the ability to multi-task. The NSM will also be responsible for presenting research information and station proposals in a clear and enthusiastic manner, ensuring that all sales activities align with the company's objectives.
