The National Sales Manager will play a crucial role in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth for the company. This position requires a dynamic and results-oriented individual who can lead the sales team effectively. The National Sales Manager will be responsible for generating revenue through Key Accounts, managing independent Sales Representatives, and enhancing sales through the Amazon brand store. The key objective is to maximize the potential of the sales team by formulating and executing strategic sales plans that align with the company's organizational goals. In this role, the National Sales Manager will spearhead the achievement of growth targets and sales milestones, craft and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base, and present comprehensive sales reports and forecasts to the management team. Additionally, the manager will oversee the recruitment, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives, while also cultivating strong customer relationships and identifying emerging market trends. Representing Anna Griffin, Inc. at industry events and trade shows will also be a key responsibility of this position.

Responsibilities

  • Spearheading the achievement of growth targets and sales milestones by expertly managing the sales team

Requirements

  • BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
  • Proven track record of successful experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Dedication to continuous education through participation in workshops, seminars, and conferences
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all organizational levels
  • Proven capability to drive the sales process from planning to closure
  • Strong business acumen and industry expertise
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills
