About the position

The National Sales Manager will lead sales efforts for a well-established commercial restoration company, focusing on both commercial and residential restoration projects. This role requires a proactive and motivated individual with extensive experience in national sales management, aiming to drive growth and maintain high-quality service standards in the restoration industry.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of National Sales Management experience
  • High School Diploma or GED; Associates/Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience with Xactimate, DASH, MICA preferred
  • IICRC qualifications strongly encouraged (Fire, Water, Mold)
  • Commercial/Residential construction experience
  • Background in reconstruction/mitigation
  • Highly motivated and proactive
  • Ability to demonstrate creative problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to travel
