About the position

The National Sales Manager will lead sales efforts for a well-established commercial restoration company, focusing on both commercial and residential restoration projects. This role requires a highly motivated individual with extensive experience in national sales management, aiming to drive growth and maintain high-quality standards within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the national sales strategy for the company.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth in the commercial and residential restoration sectors.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on sales goals and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in National Sales Management.
  • High School Diploma required; GED, Associates, or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience with Xactimate, DASH, and MICA is preferred.
  • IICRC qualifications in Fire, Water, and Mold are strongly encouraged.
  • Background in commercial/residential construction and reconstruction/mitigation is essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems creatively and proactively.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
