About the position

The National Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing the sales operations for both Spanish and English language television and radio properties across multiple markets. This role involves identifying, qualifying, and closing new business clients while also maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. The National Sales Manager will leverage qualitative and quantitative data to inform sales strategies and decisions, utilizing tools such as Nielsen Audio, ComScore, Wide Orbit Media sales and traffic, and Scarborough. The position requires a strategic thinker who can multitask effectively and communicate proficiently with various stakeholders. Strong leadership and teamwork skills are essential to drive sales performance and achieve organizational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and close new business clients.
  • Maintain strong relationships with current clients.
  • Utilize qualitative and quantitative data to inform sales strategies.
  • Work with Nielsen Audio, ComScore, Wide Orbit Media sales and traffic, and Scarborough data.
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations to clients.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of broadcast sales experience.
  • Established agency/client relationships in the media industry.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • Working knowledge of qualitative and quantitative data including Nielsen Audio and Wide Orbit Media sales and traffic.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong presentation skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Spanish speaking ability preferred but not mandatory.
