About the position

The National Sales Manager will be responsible for driving the growth of Custom Energy Loop's business through the development of new partnerships, customer relationships, and sales opportunities. This role involves spearheading sales strategies, managing a national client base, and promoting products to expand market presence, all while reporting directly to the CEO.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities across various markets and regions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential customers, industry partners, and stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve business growth targets.
  • Collaborate with the CEO/COO to strategize long-term business plans.
  • Explore, research, and develop new product designs and offerings.
  • Provide sales forecasts, pipeline management, and reporting to executive leadership.
  • Lead sales presentations, negotiations, and closing processes to secure contracts and partnerships.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies as necessary.
  • Manage sales professionals and factory teams.
  • Attend industry events including career fairs, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and foster new connections.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • 3 years of experience in sales strategy.
  • 3 years of experience in sales management.
  • 3 years of experience in sales.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement sales strategies that drive revenue.
  • Experience in sales management, preferably in the HVAC, hydronic systems or related industries.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong knowledge of hydronic systems, skid packages and coil solutions.
