About the position

The National Sales Manager at Culligan Ultrapure is responsible for driving profitable growth across various regions by managing Regional Sales Managers and Sales Supervisors. This role involves coordinating marketing plans, tracking the effectiveness of sales programs, facilitating sales training, and developing action plans for sales representatives. The position offers a dynamic work environment focused on employee and customer care, with opportunities for learning and growth.

Responsibilities

  • Drive business toward profitable growth across all regions.
  • Manage Regional Sales Managers and Sales Supervisors overseeing sales of water treatment solutions.
  • Coordinate with Culligan and the COOP on marketing plans.
  • Track effectiveness of marketing programs to achieve sales budgets for each region.
  • Facilitate sales training bootcamp within the regions.
  • Develop marketing plans to help sales reps generate new leads and opportunities.
  • Assist in developing action plans for sales representatives needing extra guidance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred with an emphasis in Sales or Marketing.
  • 5+ years of sales management experience (relevant experience may substitute for degree).
  • Proven track record of directing a sales team.
  • Excellent time management, telephone, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to inspire and coach sales teams.
  • Ability to obtain Culligan Sales License within 90 days of employment.
  • Valid driver's license.
