About the position

The National Sales Manager at Besa Lighting is responsible for driving company sales and fostering effective communication with sales representatives to enhance their success. This role requires a self-motivated and confident individual focused on building relationships and exploring new business opportunities. Responsibilities

  • Grow company sales and establish communication with sales representatives.
  • Provide timely and accurate product information to sales representatives.
  • Anticipate and address the needs of sales representatives.
  • Research market trends to identify business opportunities for sales growth.
  • Develop meaningful sales reports to monitor and evaluate sales effectiveness.
  • Identify and recommend changes to sales representation based on talent assessment.
  • Assist in developing a Display Tracking Program for proactive customer engagement.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service to commercial and national accounts.
  • Create innovative strategies to pursue new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Four years of business development experience required.
  • Four years of sales experience required.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities.

Benefits

  • Full-time position with a minimum of 40 hours a week.
  • Overtime may be required as necessary.
