About the position

The National Sales Account Manager is responsible for managing and expanding key national accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving sales growth. This role involves developing strong relationships with existing customers, introducing new products, and identifying new business opportunities. The position requires a minimum of 2 years of sales experience and a proven ability to exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and expand national key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and sales growth.
  • Present new concepts and products, solve sales-related issues, and forecast sales.
  • Arrange demonstrations, meetings, and start-ups with customer officials.
  • Handle order processing, coordinate shipments, and maintain accurate records.
  • Communicate effectively with Customer Service and keep detailed account documentation.
  • Prepare monthly account updates for senior management.
  • Attend trade shows, meetings, and conferences as needed.
  • Travel for face-to-face customer meetings and industry events.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Adhere to company policies, confidentiality, and code of ethics.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Power Flex, MS Word, MS Excel, and MAS Forms.
