The National Sales Manager at Sustainability Partners (SP) plays a crucial role in leading the sales operations and supervising the activities of the sales originators. This position is pivotal in maximizing the potential of the originator team and establishing effective sales plans that align with the company's mission to modernize infrastructure and address the $4 trillion crisis of deferred maintenance. The National Sales Manager will be responsible for ensuring that each sales opportunity is processed with value addition, maintaining frequent communication with each Infrastructure Originator, Advisor, and Associate, and ensuring that all team members are up-to-date on pipeline information and opportunities. In this role, the National Sales Manager will take ownership of all Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and proactively identify barriers, threats, and challenges that may arise in the sales process. The position requires a strategic thinker who can implement sales plans effectively while fostering trust and strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The National Sales Manager will also be responsible for forecasting sales goals based on analytics and contributing to the growth of the business by leveraging insights to make data-driven decisions.
