About the position

The National Sales Manager at Supplyed Com Inc is responsible for driving customer acquisition and revenue growth within the Drapery Hardware industry. This role requires a highly motivated individual who can develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet financial targets while building strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Own and hit annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts
• Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• Develop and grow the sales pipeline
• Create weekly sales reports and forecasts
• Develop pricing policies and discount schedules
• Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
• Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
• Understand category-specific landscapes and trends
• Report on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts
• Travel as necessary to manage sales activities

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a National Sales Director role
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• BA/BS degree or equivalent
