Sales Focus, Inc. (SFI), the global leader in Sales Outsourcing, is seeking a National Sales / Program Manager to lead and develop an existing sales team in the energy industry. This role is pivotal as it serves as the direct interface between Sales Focus and our clients, ensuring that the sales teams across the United States are effectively managed and supported. The National Sales / Program Manager will be responsible for guiding and directing the program, continuously monitoring progress, and ensuring adherence to all processes and procedures. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, focusing on performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs), while also being hands-on in the field to train sales agents on effective deal-closing techniques. In this role, the National Sales / Program Manager will conduct client kick-off meetings to ensure a successful program launch by collaborating with recruiting, operations, and other departments within SFI. They will develop and train the sales staff through ongoing training initiatives, track and measure sales representatives' performance against established KPIs, and serve as the primary contact between the client and SFI's internal teams. Regular communication with clients will be essential, including weekly calls to report on achievements, obstacles, observations, and recommendations for program continuation and expansion. The manager will also be responsible for conducting weekly operational meetings with SFI executives to discuss team performance and strategies. Meeting or exceeding monthly team sales quotas is a critical aspect of this position, and the National Sales / Program Manager will conduct training sessions for each sales representative on a continual basis. They will manage their team to drive and develop solutions that close sales by identifying and eliminating objections, ensuring that the sales team is equipped to succeed in a competitive market.
