The Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport is seeking a National Sales Manager to join its dynamic team. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of the hotel, which is the newest luxury establishment in Boston, featuring 1,054 finely appointed guestrooms, seven dining outlets, a luxury spa, and over 100,000 square feet of meeting and event space. The National Sales Manager will work closely with the Director of Sales and the Director of Sales & Marketing to drive and maximize top-line revenue through the solicitation of group guestroom business and banquet event space. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated hospitality sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building relationships with clients, guests, and associates to enhance the hotel's performance and reputation. In this role, creativity is essential, as the National Sales Manager will be responsible for developing innovative strategies to attract and retain clients. The position requires a proactive approach to prospecting and soliciting new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. The National Sales Manager will also be involved in creating custom proposals, conducting site inspections, and assisting in the design and organization of unique client events. Collaboration with the Omni Hotels & Resorts Global Sales Team and participation in various meetings and training sessions will be key components of this role. The successful candidate will also mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of growth and professional development within the sales team.
