About the position

As the National Sales Manager at Fox Restaurant Concepts, you will be an integral part of our dynamic Group Sales team, focusing on expanding our corporate and national account portfolio across a diverse range of exciting brands, including Culinary Dropout, The Henry, and Blanco Cocina + Cantina. We are a hospitality-driven company dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences, and we are looking for a high-energy salesperson who thrives in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by establishing and nurturing relationships with high-value national accounts. You will partner with leadership and special events managers to strategize and expand our market presence while achieving ambitious sales targets. Your responsibilities will include identifying and engaging new leads while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing accounts. You will develop and implement growth strategies for challenging markets and new restaurant openings, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. Building and managing a personal account list through calls, meetings, and visits will be crucial, as will creating and executing short and long-term sales plans to meet and exceed targets. You will work closely with the Sr Director of Group Sales to design and execute annual business and market plans, gaining in-depth knowledge of our company's offerings and staying informed about industry trends, convention cities, and large-scale events. Additionally, you will develop and maintain a high profile at relevant industry events, tradeshows, and industry associations to represent our brand and identify new opportunities. Participation in city convention bureaus, DMCs, and meeting planner associations will be essential to showcase our company and build valuable connections. You will also investigate and report on industry trends in current and new markets, ensuring that we remain competitive and innovative in our approach.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a National Sales role or similar role, hospitality industry experience preferred
  • Proven ability to create and deliver tailored product presentations and build strong client relationships
  • Strong motivation to build guest relationships and achieve company goals
  • Excellent customer service abilities required and account management skills a plus
  • Strong work ethic; self-motivated with the ability to work independently and efficiently
  • Exceptional networking, negotiation, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities
