About the position

The National Sales Manager will oversee the sales of innovative stormwater management devices, specifically the StormTek™ device, which is required by law in California. This role involves developing strategic sales plans, building relationships with engineers, and representing the company at industry events. The position is crucial for expanding the distribution of the product across the U.S. and ensuring compliance with stormwater management laws.

Responsibilities

• Learn about the StormTek™ device and its market position.
• Build relationships with engineers at the parent company to ensure product specifications.
• Develop and implement a strategic sales plan for stormwater management products.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences to generate leads.
• Assist with online webinars to educate potential clients about the product.
• Collaborate with other divisions for cross-selling opportunities.
• Respond to inquiries from municipalities regarding product purchases.
• Create estimates and proposals using HubSpot/Foundation.
• Assist Project Managers with the setup and installation of devices.
• Troubleshoot operational issues as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction sales, preferably in stormwater management.
• Strong background in B2B sales with a proven track record of revenue growth.
• Valid Driver's License and clean DMV record.
• Ability to read construction plans and work in a team environment.
• Ability to lift 75 lbs occasionally.
• Experience with Microsoft Suite, Zoom, Outlook, and Bluebeam.
