About the position

The National Sales Manager will lead revenue growth initiatives for Coast2Coast HR, focusing on business-to-business sales of fractional human resources and finance services. This role requires strong sales skills, negotiation abilities, and a deep understanding of market trends, particularly within federal procurement. The manager will develop sales strategies, manage client relationships, and ensure compliance with company policies while fostering a collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve the company's aggressive growth goals.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
• Manage relationships with key clients and negotiate contracts to maximize profitability and long-term relationships.
• Manage the application for federal contracts and potential subcontracting with larger organizations.
• Oversee the use of Zoho CRM for tracking sales activities, forecasting, and reporting.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials that align with sales objectives.
• Conduct regular client performance reviews.
• Ensure that all sales activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a sales management role, preferably in Business-to-business sales.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Zoho or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships.
• Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
• Ability to analyze data effectively to inform strategic decisions.
• Experience in outside sales is highly desirable.
• A strong understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior in the business services sector is preferred.
