About the position

The National Sales Training Manager for Smart Lighting Systems is responsible for driving sales of smart lighting products through distribution channels. This role involves collaborating with sales leaders, representatives, and distributors to promote app-based lighting and control products. The manager will develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet sales goals, analyze market trends, and identify growth opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop existing outside representatives to drive growth in smart lighting product sales.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans that achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships to achieve increased sales.
• Coordinate closely with the Inside Business Development Team and regional Sales Managers to drive growth objectives.
• Implement monthly strategic plans for achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.
• Identify customer concerns and collaborate with internal resources for timely resolution.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of B2B Sales leadership experience with a proven track record of success in smart consumer goods.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related professional experience.
• Proven strategic planning and execution skills in a fast-paced selling environment.
• Ability to travel 75% nationwide.
• Proven history of being self-directed with the ability to achieve results independently.
