About the position

The National Small Line Sales Manager at Putzmeister is responsible for managing dealer and direct sales of BSA 1000 and TK products across North America. This role involves tracking product improvement opportunities and ensuring customer satisfaction through close engagement with end-users. The position requires collaboration with the VP of Sales & Marketing to set annual dealer targets and forecasts, while also expanding the dealer network to enhance market share and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate sales and distribution of small line products.
• Drive Sales Team, dealer activities, and performance data to increase market share and revenue.
• Increase and expand dealer network to cover all North America.
• Set annual dealer targets in collaboration with the VP of Sales and meet quarterly with dealers to track progress.
• Establish short and long-term sales forecasts.
• Engage with Product Management and Engineering Teams for design and product changes based on market expectations.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining close contact with end-users and gathering product performance feedback.
• Track dealer performance and manage distributor terminations as necessary.
• Train PM and dealer sales personnel on sales presentations and product operation.
• Provide periodic training to customers on product operation.
• Engage in occasional sales activities with mortar machine products.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience with mobile hydraulic construction equipment.
• Proven excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong computer aptitude and proficiency in word processing and presentation software applications.
• Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously.
• Available for frequent travel.
• Bachelor of Science (BS/BA) degree.
