The Director in the National Technology Accounts Division will be responsible for business development activities for Marketing and Creative staffing services, specifically targeting enterprise firms with large IT professional utilization (1000+). This role requires a research-driven approach to analyze business opportunities and develop client pursuit strategies in specific targeted markets. The incumbent will be expected to communicate, model, and uphold Robert Half's corporate vision and values, emphasizing the importance of operational excellence and ethics. Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President of National Technology Accounts, this position plays a crucial role in driving revenue growth within the assigned territory. The responsibilities include generating strategies to increase marketing and creative staffing revenue by identifying opportunities within a target list of high-potential technology staffing prospects. The Director will collaborate with various internal teams, including Strategic Accounts, PSS, TSS, RH Legal, Managed Solutions, and Protiviti, to analyze business opportunities and implement effective client pursuit strategies. This involves scheduling and conducting client calls and presentations with senior-level hiring managers (VP/SVP) to showcase Robert Half's capabilities. Additionally, the Director will develop strategies to increase staffing starts through a coordinated marketing approach, specifically targeting hiring managers of large IT contracting companies. A commitment to promoting an inclusive work environment where diversity and inclusion are championed is also essential. The position requires a strong focus on business development, with a proven track record of success in IT or creative staffing and professional services. The Director will need to demonstrate the ability to self-generate business development opportunities and lead large business opportunities to a successful close, achieving significant revenue targets. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are crucial, along with the ability to conduct presentations and collaborate across the organization. Critical thinking and strong research and analysis capabilities are also required, along with a willingness to travel domestically up to 25%.
