About the position

The Director in the National Technology Accounts Division will be responsible for business development activities specifically focused on Marketing and Creative staffing services. This role targets enterprise firms with a significant number of IT professionals, typically those with a workforce of 1000 or more. The Director will utilize a research-driven approach to identify and analyze business opportunities within an assigned territory, developing and implementing effective client pursuit strategies tailored to specific markets. This position is crucial in communicating and upholding Robert Half's corporate vision and values, emphasizing the importance of operational excellence and ethical standards in all business dealings. In this role, the Director will generate strategies aimed at increasing revenue from marketing and creative staffing. This involves identifying potential staffing opportunities through a targeted list of high-potential technology clients that align with Robert Half's business profile. The Director will collaborate with various internal teams, including Strategic Accounts, PSS, TSS, RH Legal, Managed Solutions, and Protiviti, to analyze business opportunities and craft effective client pursuit strategies. Regular client engagement is a key component of this position, which includes scheduling and conducting calls and presentations with senior-level hiring managers and client contacts to showcase Robert Half's capabilities. Additionally, the Director will develop strategies to boost staffing starts through a coordinated marketing approach, specifically targeting hiring managers at large IT contracting companies. The role also emphasizes the importance of fostering an inclusive work environment, championing diversity and inclusion within the organization, and supporting the adoption of the Robert Half Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, as well as the Corporate Compliance and Ethics Program.

Responsibilities

  • Generate strategies to increase marketing and creative staffing revenue within the assigned territory.
  • Identify Marketing and Creative staffing opportunities using a target list of high-potential technology staffing opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Strategic Accounts, PSS, TSS, RH Legal, Managed Solutions, and Protiviti to analyze business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement client pursuit strategies in specific targeted markets.
  • Schedule and conduct client calls and presentations with senior-level hiring managers (VP/SVP) and client contacts.
  • Develop strategies to increase staffing starts through a coordinated marketing approach targeting hiring managers of large IT contracting companies.
  • Promote and support an inclusive work environment where diversity and inclusion are championed.
  • Support and encourage the adoption of the Robert Half Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development, particularly in staffing services or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of marketing and creative staffing services.
  • Ability to analyze business opportunities and develop effective strategies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, particularly with senior-level executives.
  • Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
