The Director in the National Technology Accounts Division will be responsible for business development activities for Marketing and Creative staffing services, specifically targeting enterprise firms with large IT professional utilization (1000+). This role requires a research-driven approach to analyze business opportunities and develop client pursuit strategies in specific targeted markets. Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President of National Technology Accounts, this position plays a crucial role in driving revenue growth and maintaining high standards of service delivery. In this role, the Director will generate strategies to increase marketing and creative staffing revenue within the assigned territory. This includes identifying opportunities using a target list of high-potential technology staffing prospects that align with Robert Half's business profile. The Director will collaborate with various internal teams, including Strategic Accounts, PSS, TSS, RH Legal, Managed Solutions, and Protiviti, to analyze business opportunities and implement effective client pursuit strategies. The position also involves scheduling and conducting client calls and presentations with senior-level hiring managers and client contacts, showcasing Robert Half's capabilities. The Director will develop strategies to increase staffing starts through a coordinated marketing approach, specifically targeting hiring managers of large IT contracting companies.
