About the position

The Director in the National Technology Accounts Division will be responsible for business development activities for Marketing and Creative staffing services, specifically targeting enterprise firms with large IT professional utilization (1000+). This role requires a research-driven approach to analyze business opportunities and develop client pursuit strategies in specific targeted markets. The incumbent will be expected to communicate, model, and uphold Robert Half's corporate vision and values, emphasizing the importance of operational excellence and ethics. Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President of National Technology Accounts, this position plays a crucial role in driving revenue growth and maintaining high standards of service delivery. In this role, the Director will generate strategies to increase marketing and creative staffing revenue within the assigned territory. This includes identifying opportunities using a target list of high-potential technology staffing prospects that align with Robert Half's business profile. The Director will collaborate with various internal teams, including Strategic Accounts, PSS, TSS, RH Legal, Managed Solutions, and Protiviti, to analyze business opportunities and implement effective client pursuit strategies. The position also involves scheduling and conducting client calls and presentations with senior-level hiring managers and client contacts, showcasing Robert Half's capabilities. The Director will develop strategies to increase staffing starts through a coordinated marketing approach, specifically targeting hiring managers of large IT contracting companies. Responsibilities

  • Generate strategies to increase marketing and creative staffing revenue within the assigned territory.
  • Identify Marketing and Creative staffing opportunities using a target list of high-potential technology staffing opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Strategic Accounts, PSS, TSS, RH Legal, Managed Solutions, and Protiviti to analyze business opportunities and develop client pursuit strategies.
  • Schedule and conduct client calls and presentations with senior-level hiring managers and client contacts.
  • Develop strategies to increase staffing starts through a coordinated marketing approach targeting hiring managers of large IT contracting companies.
  • Promote and support an inclusive work environment where diversity and inclusion are championed.
  • Support and encourage the adoption of the Robert Half Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in IT or creative staffing and professional services.
  • Prior experience as a Robert Half Branch Manager or Strategic Accounts National Director is highly desired.
  • Experience developing relationships with C-suite executives.
  • Proven ability to self-generate business development opportunities through various activities.
  • Successful history of large-account staffing strategy.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large business opportunities ($1M+) to a successful close.
  • Ability to achieve $7.5M per year in business development.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven ability to conduct large and small group presentations.
  • Ability to collaborate across the organization.
  • Critical thinking skills are a must.
  • Strong research and analysis capabilities.
