The Navigator plays a key role in assisting individuals with disabilities in developing, implementing and maintaining a vocational and/or non-vocational plan. The navigator helps individuals identify their interests, skills and goals needed to reach their goals. Navigators also supervise direct support staff who are assigned to support participants in activities that allow them to make progress toward their goals.
