About the position

The NAVWAR Analyst/Ops Integrator at BlueHalo will support the Joint Navigation Warfare Center (JNWC) contract, focusing on enhancing the Department of Defense's navigation warfare (NAVWAR) mission. The role involves providing expertise in planning and conducting NAVWAR, ensuring superiority in positioning, navigation, and timing for combatant commanders and joint force commanders.

Responsibilities

• Working with simulations to conduct technical analyses and assessments, developing recommendations, and maintaining system integration labs, facilities, and analysis tools.
• Conducting modeling and simulation (M&S) activities in support of analyses, exercises, wargames, and experiments conducted by the Government.
• Providing instruction, supervision, and guidance on the proper operation and use of simulation models and exercises.
• Supporting live, constructive, or virtual training.
• Ensuring simulations include technical analyses and assessments to develop recommendations, and maintaining system integration labs, facilities, and analysis tools.
• Utilizing RF modeling and simulation software to manipulate antenna and power models that visualize GPS denial in potentially affected areas.
• Exhibiting proficiency with modeling and simulation programs such as GIANT, GIANT RPM, Builder, Systems Toolkit (STK).

Requirements

• BA/BS in a related field.
• Must possess and maintain an active DoD TOP SECRET/SCI clearance.
• 5 years of relevant experience.
