About The Position

T3i is currently seeking highly qualified and experienced applicants to provide Mentor/Coaching services to assist Navy Recruiting Districts (NRDs) with subject matter experts (SME) in support of the Navy Warrior Challenge Program. The Warrior Challenge Program encompasses various enlisted ratings, including Naval Special Warfare (NSW) - Sea Air Land (SEAL) and Special Warfare Combatant-craft Crewman (SWCC), Naval Special Operations (NSO) - Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD), Navy Diver (ND), Air Rescue (AIRR), and Hospital Corpsman Advanced Technical Field (HM-ATF) - Special Amphibious Reconnaissance Corpsman (SARC), Reconnaissance Medical Technician and Independent Duty Corpsman (IDC), Search and Rescue Medical Technician (SMT), and Dive Medical Technician (DMT). The role requires former SEAL, SWCC, EOD, ND, AIRR, HM-ATF personnel who have served in various leadership and operational positions while on active duty and have been honorably separated. The Mentor/Coach will work closely with prospective Warrior Challenge candidates to maximize their potential in the SEAL, SWCC, EOD, ND, AIRR, and HM-ATF initial training pipelines. This position involves ensuring proper screening of all Warrior Challenge candidates in the Delayed Entry Program (DEP) and providing feedback to the Navy Recruiting Command (NRC) HQ Warrior Challenge Program Managers. Additionally, the Mentor/Coach will administer Physical Screening Tests (PSTs) while candidates are in the DEP, provide consultation services at large recruiting events, and maintain accurate records of travel, activity, testing, and results. Networking with Centers of Influence (COIs) such as community members, athletic directors, gym owners, and coaches is also a key responsibility. The role includes organizing, collecting, analyzing, and presenting statistical information related to tracking PST results, maintaining a monthly log of applicants, and consulting on presentations at high schools, colleges, or other Warrior Challenge events to educate prospective recruits.
